Terms of use, support and account deletion pages for your app.

Start from plain-English templates, answer the same checklist as the privacy policy, and publish. Each page gets a URL for App Store Connect, Play Console or your app's settings screen. It's free.

Not legal advice. applist.info generates a draft from your answers for you to give to your legal team. Have it reviewed before you publish it.

Three pages, each optional

Publish the ones your app needs. Each has its own stable URL, versions and a plain-text copy, like the privacy policy.

  • Terms of use

The rules for using the app: accounts, content people post, purchases and subscriptions, and a section with the terms Apple expects in a custom license agreement. Apple's License Agreement field takes plain text, so the page has a Copy as plain text button.

  • Support

How to reach you, plus answers to the usual questions: restoring a purchase, cancelling a subscription, signing in, deleting an account, reporting a bug. App Store Connect requires a Support URL for every app.

  • Account deletion

How to delete an account in the app and without it, what gets deleted, what's kept and for how long. Google Play asks for this URL when people can create an account.

Add the app, answer the checklist, publish.

  1. Add your app

Paste its Google Play, App Store or GitHub link. The name, icon and developer come from the listing.

  2. Answer the checklist

The same eight questions as the privacy policy: accounts, user content, ads, purchases, analytics, crash reports, permissions, data kept on the device. They decide which sections each page includes. Then edit the text where it doesn't fit.

  3. Publish and paste the URLs

Each page gets a version number and an effective date. Before each publish, you confirm you've read the page and consulted your legal representative. The dashboard shows every URL with a Copy button and where it goes in App Store Connect and Play Console.

Where each URL goes

This is what the dashboard shows next to each published page. The URLs stay the same when you rename the app or change your handle.

App Store Connect → App Information → License Agreement (plain text, not a URL)

Google Play: no dedicated field. Link it from your app and store description.

Apple's License Agreement field takes plain text, not a URL. Use Copy as plain text. If you sell subscriptions, link these terms in your app and your App Store description.

App Store Connect → version page → Support URL (required)

Play Console → Grow users → Store presence → Store settings → Store listing contact details → Website

Apple expects real contact details on this page. Keep your email in it.

Play Console → App content → Data safety → Delete account URL

App Store Connect → App Privacy → User Privacy Choices URL (optional)

Required on Google Play if people can create an account. Apple also requires that deletion can be started inside the app. A web page alone isn't enough.

Questions

Is this legal advice?

No. applist.info generates a draft from your answers for you to give to your legal team, and nobody at applist.info reviews what you publish. Before each publish you confirm that you've read the document and consulted your legal representative, and that applist.info only hosts the text.

Is it free?

Yes. applist.info is free to use, and that includes the hosted legal pages.

Do I need all three pages?

No. Each one is optional. App Store Connect requires a Support URL, Google Play asks for an account deletion URL when people can create accounts, and terms matter most when you sell subscriptions or let people post content.

Where do terms go in App Store Connect?

In App Information → License Agreement, which takes plain text, not a URL. Copy as plain text on the terms page gives you the text without formatting. Google Play has no field for terms, so link them from your app and your store description.

Can people ask for deletion without the app?

Yes. The account deletion page lists the steps in the app and, when you set a contact address, has an Email a deletion request button that opens a filled-in email to you.

Do the URLs change when I publish a new version?

No. The latest version is always at the same address, and earlier versions stay readable at their own addresses with the changed sections marked.

What happens if I delete the app?

Its legal pages stay live for 30 days so your store listings don't break. After that, the address says the document was removed by its developer.
