Terms of use
The rules for using applist.info, in plain English.
What applist.info is
A page for the apps you've made. You add links to your listings, we fetch the public details, and we host a page for your apps and the legal pages the app stores ask for. You can also make a share list without an account.
Your account
- You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure; what happens on your page is your responsibility.
- One person, one page. Handles are first come, first served. We may reclaim handles that impersonate someone.
What you can list
- Apps and projects you made, or that you have the right to present.
- Nothing that pretends to be someone else, and nothing illegal, deceptive or malicious.
App names, icons and screenshots belong to their developers. We show what the stores publish publicly, and we take things down when the owner asks.
Hosted legal documents
applist.info only hosts the privacy policies, terms, support and account deletion pages you publish. The templates and the drafts made from your answers are a starting point; we don't write, review or approve what you publish, and none of it is legal advice.
- Have each document reviewed by your own legal representative before you publish it.
- You are solely responsible for its content and its use, including keeping it accurate for what your app does and for the rules of the stores you ship in.
- To the extent the law allows, applist.info is not liable for these documents or for any loss arising from their use.
Use it fairly
- Don't use applist.info to send spam or to host malware.
- Don't scrape it at volume, probe its security, or try to get around its rate limits.
Removing content
We can hide or remove pages and lists that break these terms, and close the accounts behind them. Anyone can tell us about a page through Report a page.
No guarantees
applist.info is provided as it is. We work to keep it up and your pages correct, but we can't promise it will never be down or that fetched store details are always current. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by using it.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, we'll update this page and its date. Questions: privacy@applist.info. See also the privacy policy.
