- the app version, found in Settings → About;
- a screenshot or screen recording, if you can.

Common questions

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Sign in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with, open Tallyho, and tap Settings → Restore purchases.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought them from. Deleting the app does not cancel them.

- iPhone or iPad: Cancel a subscription from Apple (https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428)
- Android: Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481)

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google. You can request a refund from Apple (https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223) or read Google Play's refund policies (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637).

Email privacy@okafor.example with the details listed above. If it's a security issue, put "Security" in the subject line and we'll prioritise it.
